Treasurer: Julie Sindelar

Julie, as special education teacher, my teaching philosophy centers around the principles of differentiation, inclusion, collaboration, and fostering positive relationships with my students based on trust and understanding. I firmly believe in tailoring instruction to meet the unique needs and abilities of every student, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities. Inclusive practices are at the heart of my approach, striving to create a classroom environment that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging for all.

JSPED is not just a consulting company; it's a personal mission for me to empower parents and students in their special education journey. After earning my  Masters in Exceptional Student Education with an Autism Endorsement at FIU in July 2024, I am equipped with the expertise to foster strong literacy skills among students of various age groups as well as recognize the importance of catering to limited English language learners.
